My operational knowledge wasn't learned in a classroom. I built and ran my own sleep coaching business, where I personally managed the CRM, automated lead follow-ups, and converted cold inquiries into booked clients. I ran my own Meta ad campaigns with real budgets and earned a certificate in media buying.
After a stint in ecommerce running Amazon listings and testing paid traffic experiments, I realized my true strength was in the backend architecture. Now, I'm shifting that hard-won operational rigor specifically to BC realtors who need systems that actually work.
