These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at alignedexec.com (the "Site"), and the marketing and backend systems services (the "Services") provided by Aligned Exec, a sole proprietorship based in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada ("Aligned Exec," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, submitting a form, booking a call, or otherwise engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.

Aligned Exec provides marketing systems, CRM setup, automation, content, and related backend infrastructure for BC realtors and aesthetic/med spa practices.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You agree not to:

Use the Site to transmit any harmful code, unsolicited advertising, or spam.

3. Booking Calls and Contact Forms

When you submit your information through our contact form, booking tool, or chat widget, you are requesting that we contact you about our Services. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or obligate either party until a separate services agreement is signed.

4. SMS/Text Messaging Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through our chat widget or another designated opt-in method, you consent to receive text messages (including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and marketing messages) from Aligned Exec at the number provided.

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers collected through this program with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Content related to real estate marketing or aesthetic/med spa marketing is for informational purposes only and does not substitute for advice from a licensed professional in the relevant field.
